About Us

Dr. Lewinson graduated from USC with a degree in Biological Sciences, with a special interest in Molecular Biology. He obtained a Podiatric Medical degree in San Francisco and then was selected for the prestigious residency at Beverly Hills Medical Center. He completed medical rotations at Naval Hospital San Diego, Camp Pendleton Marine Base, VA Westwood, VA Loma Linda, USC County Hospital and Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Lewinson has donated his professional services, doing pro bono work at the Los Angeles Free Clinic, Venice Free Clinic, and Baja Cripple Children’s Project. While practicing in Beverly Hills, Dr. Lewnson treated numerous actors, producers, musicians, athletes, and comedians. Dr. Lewinson continues his postdoctoral education and is particularly interested in Integrative Podiatric Medicine; blending pharmaceutical, botanical and natural medicine. 

Dr. Lewinson is an avid athlete. After numerous injuries, he traded in his basketball sneakers for running shoes and became a trail runner. Another interest is Permaculture design. Dr. Lewinson created a suburban homestead with rainwater catchment, gray water irrigation, fruit tree orchard, worm composting system, raised bed gardens and a general multilevel edible landscape. After that project, finally Dr. Lewinson moved out to the country to start a farm and be a country doctor. Dr. Lewinson is a friendly, knowledgeable, and humble Podiatric physician, and available to provide good ol’ fashion house calls to you whether you are on a remote farm or right in town.
